In this fun and educational video, we teach elementary students three easy steps to control their impulses: recognize your feelings, press pause, and think fast - act slow to make smart choices. By learning to handle big emotions and impulses, kids can improve their self-regulation, build social skills, and become more confident in navigating challenging situations.
