During the 2020/2021 school year, as a school counselor, I created SEL videos that inspired my students. Now, I’m dedicating more time to this work, embracing technology and education. However, when they doubt themselves, they risk setting the stage for failure by not giving it their all. This lesson teaches kids that self-confidence starts with a positive mindset. Impulse Control

Impulse control is a vital skill for kids to develop, helping them manage emotions and make good decisions. In this fun and educational video, we teach elementary students three easy steps to control their impulses: recognize your feelings, press pause, and think fast - act slow to make smart choices. By learning to handle big emotions and impulses, kids can improve their self-regulation, build social skills, and become more confident in navigating challenging situations.
